Neil Gostelow and Jane Moriarty of KPMG have been appointed Joint Administrators of Stargate Partnership Ltd and Adderley House Ltd on 6 and 7 September respectively.

Stargate Partnership Ltd operates care homes at the following locations:

· Gables - Chatteris, Cambridgeshire
· Ashton Manor - Bognor Regis, West Sussex
· The Gables Nursing Home – Wrotham, Kent
· Linden House – Epsom, Surrey
· Mandalay – Folkestone, Kent

Adderley House Ltd operates care homes at the following locations:

· Adderley Care Home - Long Sutton, Lincolnshire
· Adderley House – Long Sutton, Lincolnshire

All seven care homes continue to operate as normal and all c.200 care home staff have been retained on appointment. KPMG has engaged Healthcare Management Solutions (“HCMS”), the specialist care home operator, to manage day to day operations at the homes.
